Danielle and Johann, SJSU Alumni and native Bay Area residents, co-manage Pacific Spin and Strength.

14 years as a coach and pro trainer and years as a NPC qualifying competitor, Danielle is a true fitness professional having years of teaching, training, managing, and directing in the fitness industry. Danielle obtained her BS in Kinesiology from SJSU in 2010 and has been involved in fitness ever since.

Overcoming a body transformation her self after reaching a weight of 210lbs postpartum with 27% body fat down to 125lbs 13% body fat placing 3rd in her first NPC Figure competition.

Johann Francis, CSCS has spent 21 years as a professional training in San Jose, helping folks rehab injuries, lose weight, strengthen their bodies and motivate themselves.

A lifelong athlete, former football player and 20+ year boxing and muay thai practitioner/competitor, he’s trained 37K+ hours, but has trained under other notable powerhouse coaches, is an example of how to sustain health throughout adulthood.
