None. You should be at least normally active though. If you’re starting, please come early so we can introduce you do the punches you will develop and meet the instructor!
No. We have loaner high quality gloves and wraps for you. Eventually you should invest in your personal gear though, but for now, no worries, we’ve got you covered.
Yep! Brief technical questions are welcomed. In a class setting though, you’re encouraged to experiment more and learn from your neighbors too though… a mix of instruction is ideal.
Nah! These classes are designed to teach boxing and scale it based on the max skill levels of everyone involved. If you’ve never practiced, you won’t be hurt at all because cardio, control and confidence are the focus in these classes not technical sparring.
